USEFUL
TIPS. |
The
following tips are offered to help you get the most out
of your Powrtouch mover, and a simple diagnosis of common
symptoms you may experience. If you transfer the unit
to another trailer. |
MOTOR
CABLES.
Do not cut to exact length, as more cable may be required if
you transfer the unit to another trailer. |
DISENGAGING
THE ROLLERS.
When you engage the rollers, place the socket wrench on the
front seat of your vehicle, this will definitely remind you
to disengage the rollers before moving away. |
| NEVER put the handset on the A frame of the trailer or the bumper
of your vehicle. Remember, it is an expensive item to replace. |
| PRACTICE using your mover in a wide open space in order to familiarize
yourself with it, and build your confidence for use in tighter
circumstances. |
IF
operating your mover over gravel or soft surfaces, the
jockey wheel may try to lead the trailer in an undesired
direction. To prevent this from happening have the jockey
wheel trailing. It is also recommended that a pneumatic
tire be fitted to the jockey wheel to help alleviate the
problems of moving on gravel and soft surfaces.

PLEASE
BE AWARE THAT DURING THE OPERATION OF YOUR MOVER THE
CONTROL BOX WILL BECOME WARM. DO NOT COVER THIS WITH
CLOTHES OR SIMILAR ITEMS. |
